As a referring physician, we know the health and welfare of your patients is your number one concern. Rest assured that we share that concern and will do everything possible to be deserving of your trust.
To make referrals simple, paperwork for the referring physician is minimized and the communication of findings takes place by telephone or by a timely referral letter. The Centers have also become a reliable and valuable resource on scoliosis and complex back surgeries in an atmosphere that is simultaneously patient-centered and physician-friendly. The result is a reduced anxiety level for both patients and their referring physicians.
Our focus has been, and always will be, on scoliosis and complex surgeries. Located at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and Baylor Scott & White - Plano, Baylor Scott & White Scoliosis Centers has been repeatedly recognized for research, innovation and patient-focused care essential to the future of scoliosis treatment. Also, we have performed more than 3,000 complex spine and revision surgeries. Of course, if we don’t believe surgery is the best course of action, we will recommend a non-surgical remedy as the first step.
